How to surface fish
Surface fishing is fairly obviously, a method of catching fish off the surface. Whether its stalking a crafty Carp or drifting a floating caster down a river for Rudd and Roach, it is probably one of the more satisfying way of catching fish. There isnt really a standard basic set up for this method. If Carp is your choice then a standard Carp rod is fine or try using a light ledger or feeder rod, can be scary stuff but great fun. For smaller coarse fish a light ledger, feeder, float or even a fly rod will catch you fish.
